Covíd had a very bad influence on the studies of children. Due to covíd, schools and colleges are closed . Students are facing difficulty in solving problems regarding studies . So just to come out from this pandemic , Our experts has adviced school and colleges to shift themselves from offline to online mode also known as online learning

Well ! It is not the end of problem .Even after introducing online classes, students are facing lots and lots of problems in studing. They are not able to concentrate on their studies because it is not as interactive as offline classes . Long hours online classes causes eye pain, headache etc. Students are cheating in their online exams . They are not able to clear their doubts regarding particular concepts etc.

So, Here are some ways for effective online learning :-

  • Please plan your daily schedule before studying online . When you wake up drink atleast 2 -3 glasses of water just to hydrate yourself so that you don't feel dizzy, sleepy etc. Take a bath and do some physical exercise not more than 15 minutes and don't skip your breakfast . After that , Go on your study table and make a list of all the topics that you want to complete today .
  • Please be focused during online classes. Please avoid distraction as much as possible. you can download some apps like forest app etc to be focused during classes
  • During online classes, Don't forget to note down important key points. These key points will help you a lot during exams. Revise the key points for each chapter once a week.
  • Most important thing, Don't forgot to on blue light filter because radiations coming from laptop ,tabs and phones are continuously effecting your eyes , brain ,body posture etc.
  • When you are done with your first Class then go out to take some fresh air and repeat this step after every class. I suggest you to sit near a window so that you feel fresh and relaxed for the whole day.
  • When you are done with all of your online classes then take a nap for minimum 1 or 2 hours. After taking nap, Please try to study from your books and notes.
  • Don't skip doubt solving classes if you don't have any doubt , because doubt solving classes are more important than any normal or regular classes. In doubt solving classes you always learn new things. If your doubts are still not cleared during online classes then you download brainly etc for doubt solving.
  • Don't forgot to take 4 or 5 minutes break after each class otherwise you feel bored and sleepy for the whole day.
  • Please try to avoid using laptop, tab and phone during sleep .
  • Please take a nap of at least 6 to 7 hours so that you don't feel sleepy, weak etc for the whole day because skipping sleep hours are directly affecting your studies in a bad way .
