Can peace lead to war, or did the punishment of Germany in the Treaty of
Versailles at the end of World War I lead to World War II? Explain why or

Usually peace is disturbed by rising powers getting involved they dont need to be in for self use in getting resources,power etc. The treaty of versailles lead to ww2 because it laid the foundation of the second world war. But the treaty was disliked by every country that signed it after about a year.
