This would affect them cause the older management would have known them as a regular customer, whereas if there's new employees or management the customers that used to be regulars and loyal customers that knew the workers are now new to the place altogether since the new employees or management would have no idea who they are, and neither would the customer, it would almost be like restarting almost.
