Hinduism

Started: Hinduism or Sanatana Dharma ("eternal spiritual path") began about 4000 years ago in India. It was the religion of an ancient people known as the Aryans ("noble people") whose philosophy, religion, and customs are recorded in their sacred texts known as the Vedas. These texts were initially handed down by word of mouth from teacher to student.

Founder: Founder of Hinduism. Christianity was founded by Jesus Christ, Islam was founded by Hazrat Mohammad Paigambar, Buddhism by Gautam Buddha and so on. So as Hinduism is a religion, there must be some founder. The answer to this question is that actually there is no single founder of Hinduism as Hinduism was not founded as a religion.

Rituals/sacrifices: Major types of Hindu rituals include life-cycle rituals (saṃskāra), especially initiation, marriage, and death and ancestor rituals; worship and prayer (pūjā); sacrifices, especially Vedic fire sacrifices (yajña, iṣṭi, homa) and blood sacrifices; collective and individual festivals (utsava) and processions (yātrā, tīrthayātrā); and individual vows (vrata).

Main Beliefs: Here are some of the key beliefs shared among Hindus : Truth is eternal. Hindus pursue knowledge and understanding of the Truth: the very essence of the universe and the only Reality. Brahman is Truth and Reality. Hindus believe in Brahman as the one true God who is formless, limitless, all-inclusive, and eternal.

Beliefs supporting the caste system: Hindus believe that the soul can be reincarnated, undergoing a cycle of rebirth.

Buddhism

Started: Buddhism as a religion was born because of Hinduism

Founder: Founder of Buddhism Siddhartha Gautama, the founder of Buddhism who later became known as “the Buddha,” lived during the 5th century B.C. Gautama was born into a wealthy family as a prince in present-day Nepal .

Rituals/Sacrifices: Buddhists understand sacrifice as equal to service. It does not have the connotations that other religions have, especially the sacredness; other traditions believe that sacrifice is a sacred practice, and they should do it with specific rituals that are linked to it, while in Buddhism there are no rituals that can be done.

Main Beliefs: One of the basic beliefs of Buddhism is the conviction that happiness and good fortune are attainable to all, regardless of age, race or background. Buddhists believe that all negative mental states or "delusions" as they are referred to, can be overcome through the practice of meditation.

Main Beliefs supporting the caste system: Hindus (80 of India’s people) support the caste system. Buddhists do not support it, theoretically (Kawasaki and Kawasaki), but to some extent are drawn into it with their two-tier system and social pressure (hotathrandom.com). There are several theories about the origin of the caste system in India.
