Explanation:

The Treaty of Versailles was a compromise of sorts. If Germany was to sign, they would be obligated to pay financial reparations, lose their territories/colonies, and be forced to reduce their military force. The treaty had basically guilted Germany and the central powers to take the blame for the entirety of World War 1. That being said, they were forced to sign this treaty and give up many things (seen above). It was unfair that they had no say in the treaty; it was mostly one-sided. I still don't think I would change the treaty. It's your choice though, how would you alter the terms? Make it fair?
