If you are worried I would talk to your doctor about it, though I will say working out often can cause muscle gain which also counts as weight, hence the saying that not all weight is bad. If you work out that often it's highly likely you have gained muscles causing your weight to seem high even though it is not, you are at a very good weight for your height and age.
