A gallon of purple paint covers 400 ft2. How
many gallons will it take to paint one side of
this building purple? Allow the area for
the windows, which will not be painted?

You seem to have forgotten the size of the wall, but imaginging the average size of a building i think it would take about 2-3 gallons
