  • The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education was known to have a legal case. In thee deciding of the case, the U.S. Supreme Court in his rule of (9–0) was made on June 5, 1950.

The rule was that racial segregation that exist  within the facilities and institutions of colleges and universities is not in line with the equal protection clause that is found in the Fourteenth Amendment. This is similar to the  case of Sweatt v. Painter.
