Try taking out unnecessary details that you could still make sense out of without them being there, trying fixing your word choices to use less words but still get the point across, and actually try to sum up everything and not basically rewrite the whole story down on your paper like combine everything don’t think to hard on this but actually try to make it shorter and make sense out of it rather than rewriting the whole story down again. You understand what I mean?
