This is the use of questions that has pre-set answers which a group of persons or individuals can answer and is usually used as a form of poll.
Who is a respondent?
A respondent is a person who is called upon to give a response to either a question, summons, questionnaire, etc.
Proper way of giving out questionnaires.
- Ask a random person if he can spare a few minutes to fill your questionnaire
- If the person says he can, you give him the questionnaire.
- Remind the person that his responses needs to be as accurate as possible.
- Thank the respondent for his time and valuable input.
