Using my experience I could just look at this and tell you that y = 1 is a horizontal asymptote so the Range is all numbers except y = 1
I am sure you don’t just want a stark answer so I want to be more helpful and explain a bit more.

If you asked for the Domain, it is a little tricky in this case…
As you see above the denominator has 2 brackets so there would normally be two vertical asymptotes x = 2 and x = 4 but I have cancelled out the (x – 2) but still x can’t be 2 or 4
