The exit, process, and entry model is a way of studying a person's learning process on any subject.

The input, process, and output model is a way of studying the learning processes of new knowledge. This process stands out because it has three easily distinguishable phases that will allow us to recognize the progress or result of a learning process.

According to the above, in a process of teaching computer skills for adults we could propose the following processes:

  1. Input: In this phase, the adult makes his first approach to the computer, its basic parts, and the functions of each part (keyboard, screen, mouse, among others)
  2. Process: In this phase, the adult by repetition is acquiring knowledge about how to use each computer program.
  3. Output: In this phase, the adult has the ability to fulfill a specific task on the computer and have a specific result. For example a letter, a drawing in paint or another.
