personally I would consider the following factors
- whether the company is reputable
- The quality of the wood (can the hamster chew through it)
- The quality of the material in general
Honestly I would go for something bigger because based on the reviews there have been issues with the materials which resulted in their hamsters death.
I don't really know your age but you should keep in mind this is like a diy cage so you have to build it yourself which could be a disadvantage
