Use a Heating Pad or Hot Compress. ( It depends)

Ease Pressure on Your Scalp or Head. (My favorite especially when someone does it for you)

Dim the Lights. ( This is my second favorite)

Try Not to Chew.

Hydrate.

Get Some Caffeine (I don't know how this works but it works)

Practice Relaxation. ☮
