Give some advice to handle emails effectively and politely & advice for using the INTRANET appropriately?

Just make sure you use proper grammar, and check for spelling mistakes. Don't type in capital letters, it can be taken in the town of aggression. There isn't much to do to use the internet appropriately but abide by the rules.
