⇛ 3x - 6 = 8 - 12x - 8x

⇛ 3x + 12x + 8x = 8 + 6

⇛ 23x = 14

⇛ x = 14/23

b. 1/2z + 6 = 3/2(z + 6)

⇛1/2z + 6 = 3/2z + 9

⇛ 1/2z - 3/2z = 9 - 6

⇛ -z = 3

⇛z = -3

c. 9 - 7w = 8w + 8

⇛ - 7w - 8w = 8 - 9

⇛ -15w = -1

⇛ w = 1/15
