The treaty was formed as punishment of the germans after ww1 all this blame was given to the germans and some demands were simply immoral, the germans rightfully disliked this blame being place upon them and when hitler came along and decided to rip up the treaty and go against the forces which suppressed them. He inevitably had and army of angry germans at his back
