Well if you put it directly on the hot surface it would melt right away so that’s conduction because directed contact, if you put heat over boiling water and let the steam cook it that would be convection, and last of all if you put a marshmallow over a heat light that would be radiation because the heat waves will start cooking it Ik it’s not for a campfire but I hope this helps
