hi, i want ask what will happen if you cant calm your self and then cried after that you throw up?

acctualy this is not lesson and can you pls tell me i want to know, i ask because that happened to me.. i just want to make sure I'm safe or healthy or maybe something...

It happens to the best of us there is no know reason why it happens but it just does I don’t think your sick you might just be overwhelmed
