there’s an app called DESMOS, if you put those into the graph it will literally give you the exact points!! hope this helps

Answer:

The y-intercept is the point in which the line crosses the y-axis (meaning, you'd find -2 on the y-axis).

Slope is the movement up or down and left or right, from the y-intercept (in this case we'll move downwards 3 units and to the right 2 units, and we'll keep doing this until our line forms).

I'll graph it for you, so you can get a visual, (but you really should do what the other person said and check out Desmos. It's really neat, and you don't even have to download it.)
