I’ve never heard an undebatable reason to declare that as a human being making a mistake that you have psychologically become incapable of reason. There is no balance to this aspect to give a fair debate. What I mean by this…. There are people that commit crimes and never get caught and vote. Compare convicted vs non-con. This entails rap*ist, murderers/serial killers, predators, etc… Or the corporate criminals that pay out of convictions….. These individuals assist in funding political campaigns.
With this in perspective how can one logically take away a citizens (convicted criminals are still citizens) ability to choose? Underlying issues that I could understand is the criminally insane but that applies to not just criminals but any individual who has the ability to function and make decisions without the assistance of another because they are incapable.
