I am Stuck on this Math Question on Angles

So there is this math question im stuck on and I was wondering how to solve it and the answer for this problem

The problem consists of two parralel lines and a triangle but there are exterior angles im trying to find the angle of but I simply cannot

The answer is X and Y

Parrlel lines are lines that do not interact or touch each other and it has to be forever and in the picture X and Y don't touch each other or go acroos the line so it has to be X and Y
