I would say "good" would go with the last option
The reason I chose that was because it shows that's whomever is speaking us satisfied.
Then I would say "muttered" for the second option
The reason I chose the answer I chose was because Salim is obviously irritated. most of the time when others are upset or annoyed they mutter things under their breath.
