B would be in the second quadrant (Top one to the left) start on the x axis (horizontal line) count down from -8 to -6 start from the left(-9 should be on left) then go up 7 spaces when your on -6. C would be -2, 6 (also in the second quadrant) start at -2 and go 6 spaces up. D would be also in the second quadrant. first go to -3 as said in Part B then go up 2 times.
