The purpose of the creation of United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights is: to protect the rights of people around the world
Due to difference in culture, what considered as right or wrong between people in one country and the other could also differ. The universal declaration of human rights created an internal standard of basic things that considered to be 'rights' that must be upheld by all countries in the world.
