Answer:The conditions are rough, they could be worse depending on the county. The living situation can be violent at times, fights can break out at any moment or someone could be caught smuggling something they shouldn't have. Women could have it harder because they don't have the hygiene products they need such as tampons,pads,cups,etc. Some jails or prisons may have these for the women and some don't.The last thing they may need to do is the food. I've never been to prison or jail but I know the food sucks. Again, some county jails or prisons may have better food then others They could improve this by providing these products that women need, and providing better food.
