As an 18 year old in Alabama I know that the age majority is 19, and I can't drop out of high school without parent permission but, the juvenile court rarely deals with runaway cases with 18 year olds, and plan to move to Texas where I will be a legal adult, Can Alabama make me come back? If so. what can I do to make sure that can't happen? I plan to work a full-time job, will have a place to stay, and will be self-sufficient.
