In the third​ week, 135 more people went to the pool than in the second week. In the fourth​ week, 214 fewer people went to the pool than in the third week. 1020 - 125 = 895 (second week)
895 + 135 = 1030 (third week)
1030 - 214 = 816 (fourth week)

816/1020 = 0.8
0.8 * 100 = 80%

100 - 80 = 20% decrease from the first week

Another way to solve this is to subtract the fourth week people from the first week to find the difference.

1020 - 816 = 204

Then divide that number by the total (1020) to find the percent decrease of people.

204/1020 = 0.2 * 100 = 20% decrease
