All echinoderms do have some basic characteristics that are peculiar to them including pumping water into their tube feet. Other characteristics common to them from the options include

b. Their bodies have radial symmetry as adults

Echinoderms are a group of invertebrates that are mainly marine. They have a much more complex system that some other invertebrates including annelids, platyhelminthes etc.
They also possess special characteristics that identify them as this phylum of organisms including having tube feet. They also do not possess brain.
There is also the presence of tiny eyespots and tentacles which may exist in some as spiny skin. When in the larvae stage, they have bilateral symmetry.
