She glanced over her shoulder.

I am fairly certain that the prepositional phrase in this sentence is 'over'. I believe this I learned that a prepositional phrase is anywhere a mouse can run. So a mouse cannot run 'she' or 'her' or 'shoulder', but it can run 'over'. :)
