1. Personally I feel it depends on the style of the cartoon if the cartoon is something like lets say SpongeBob then of course it would be anime but it really depends on the art style

2. The one I feel has greater detail is anime of course as said before it depends on the art style but from the perspective of the stereotypical style of cartoons and anime, I would say anime by a landslide from the detailed folds in the clothing and the different strands of hair. As the stereoptypical style, I would see many differences from facial shape to the eyes and clothes it's impossible to list all the differences!

3. It depends on the show/movie/studio if the studio is known for wild colors or more dimmed down colors.
