If I order a new capital one credit card will i still have the same card number?

Reason - Every card has a unique card number which is given to the holder/customer.

if you are replacing a current card because it has expired, then yes you will keep the same number.  If you are replacing a card that was compromised or you are applying for a NEW account/card, then no you would not have the same number as another credit card.
