A trapezium of sides 10cm and 21cm and height 8cm is inscribed in a circle of radius 7 calculate the area of the region not covered by the trapezium

Answer:

You know the area of a trapezoid is

(10 + 21) / 2 * 8 = 124 cm^2

The area of the circle is

3.14 * 7^2 = 154 cm^2

The difference is 30 cm^2
