The number of students in the school = 500

Number of students that will not own a laptop at the end of the tenth year = 500 - 370 = 130

Therefore, the technology coordinator will not meet the goal of each student in the school having a laptop at the end of 10 years

b) The pro of buying student laptop in this manner is that at the end of the target year, a good number of the students will own a laptop each and will increase the computer literacy level of the students

The con of buying laptop in this manner is that there won't be money available for maintenance and repair of the laptops. Hence, the laptops may not last
