How would you go at solving this problem like the answer is 61.69 on a calculator but I dont understand how that's the answer. Here is the question.

Mary and Jane sold 15.5 sets of earings and they sold the earrings for 3.98 per set how much money did that collect?

I don't know how you would sell half a set of earrings, but 61.69 is correct. What I would do if you can talk to your teacher, and ask if you can round 15.5 to 16.
