First, I would invest on startups with great value proposition and social impact. Sure, it’s very risky but if company has a good mission, it will still be a win. And if I had enough capital, I’ll probably be a VC.

Second, real estate. Pick a property with on going infrastructures and where big developers are going next. An apartment building will always going to be a good passive income.

Third, Crypto. Even if I’m a disciple of Benjamin Graham, (who said that intelligent investors should only invest 10% on speculative assets) I’ll still bet on cryto. I believe the future will be decentralized.
