One strategy that you can use to meet these higher expectations is;

• Proper organization achieved through the preparation of schedules.

When I got into college newly, I found it difficult to adapt to the environment because I have never been in such a big environment with people from diverse cultures and streams of life.

More difficult was the fact that there were many academic and social activities going on on campus. In my first semester, I found it difficult to adjust to my busy schedule.

However, I made improvements after consultations with my older sibling who helped me to organize a workable schedule.

Activities that were not so important were stricken off from my list of activities while important activities were prioritized.
