Explanation:

1.  I go for a hike

2. I do it because it helps me take out stress when doing these long things.

3. I do it 3 to 4 times a week mostly on the weekends

4. The goals I set for myself is to get good grades

5. I stay motivated by listening to music or just doing it often.

6. I like to do hike so my legs can get stronger.

7. One thing that is hard about hikes is going up steep areas of the mountain.

8. I rest on whatever days I don't want to hike

9. I would say to just stay motivated and don't give up.

10. One benefit of doing these thing is to get stronger. And just drink water to stay hydrated.
