The net change between the given values of the variable is  [tex]\frac{4h}{a(a+h)}[/tex].

[tex]f(t)=\frac{4}{t}, t=a,t=a+h[/tex]

[tex]f(a)=\frac{4}{a} \\\\f(a+h)=\frac{4}{a+h}[/tex]

To find net change, subtract [tex]f(a+h)[/tex] from [tex]f(a)[/tex]

Net Change is,

                         [tex]=\frac{4}{a}-\frac{4}{a+h}\\\\=\frac{4(a+h-h)}{a(a+h)} \\\\=\frac{4h}{a(a+h)}[/tex]
