1. 5hours , exercise lowers the risk of high cholesterol which causes cardiovascular disease and many other health issues

2. a 20 minute walk / run every other day helps stay fit and healthy along with an hour exercise 2/3 times a week

4. your heart will be effected positively from regular exercise as it pumps blood around your body stopping a build up of cholesterol which could lead to a heart attack
