I believe she would be in or close to stage (1 or) 2 of the DTM. Why? I think this because she has many kids (higher birth rate) but there is also a high death rate as it says in the last sentence of the senerio. No countries are in stage 1 currently so I went with 2, but this could be hypothetical too.
