Simple model of communication process:
Sender uses a medium (computer or phone) to send a message to a receiver who reads the message and gives a feedback.
So, there are essentially five levels:
- The Sender
- The Medium
- The Message
- The Receiver
- The Feedback.

- Ability to understand the message
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to give feedback
