Rita will add some basic solution to the phenolphthalein. It will change from colourless to pink. Then she will test both of her solutions, by adding them into the the pink phenolphthalein. The clear acid will change the pink colour to colourless again, while the water will not show any colour difference. After identifying water, she can drink it
