I think it is Freedom of Expression- I am not even sure what that consists of.
But, Freedom of Speech is definitely a right, as well as Freedom of worship because the Bill of Rights does state; "Freedom of Speech and Religion". I believe the Right to Vote is also a right, if you are living in the USA you are a citizen. Unless you illegally immigrated or are waiting to become a citizen while working in the USA, which I doubt they are specifying only them. Which leaves Freedom of Expression- I don’t even know what that clarifies as, Freedom of emotions?

The right to vote is not a right that is applicable to everyone living in the United States.
The other rights listed:
- Freedom of speech
- Freedom of expression
- Freedom of worship
are all part of the inalienable rights which every human being has and enjoys according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
However, the right to vote is a right that only citizens of a particular country enjoys to which they can choose who will lead them and be in positions of power.
