generally caused by hypocalcemia which refers to low blood calcium
levels, the cause of the low calcium levels may be due to
hypoparathyroidism. Tetany is treated by identifying the cause of the
tetany with short term treatment goals being to correct the imbalance by
the introduction of calcium and magnesium supplements
Muscle Fatigue is associated with a symptom of decreased ability of the
muscle to perform (tasks) when needed, usually linked to exhaustion after
undergoing exercises that are strenuous. Fatigue is being experienced
when there is an overall reduction of force behind the movement of the
muscle such that a sense weakness is felt and some task that were easily
done before the fatigue are limited
