We know that,

[tex]P(A\cup B)=P(A)+P(B)-P(A\cap B)[/tex]

which means

[tex]P(A\cap B)=P(A)+P(B)-P(A\cup B)[/tex]

Now insert the data to get,

[tex]P(A\cap B)=\frac{1}{3}+\frac{2}{5}-\frac{3}{5}=\frac{1}{3}-\frac{1}{5}=\frac{5-3}{3\cdot5}=\boxed{\frac{2}{15}}[/tex]
