What would you call this experience?


Symptoms:


*Feeling lightheaded

*On the verge of crying

*Weird but unenjoyable feeling in chest

*Feeling of panic

*Increased breathing


May happen after:


*Seeing something out of place

*Seeing something you dislike in a specific spot

*Someone finding out a secret of yours


The reason why I'm asking this is because I felt one today after my younger sister found one of the worst things she can find out from me. (She found out a secret of mine)
