i did cardio like running a mile a day but it’s hard for me to go a mile higher.

Answer:

I had no problem with the warm-up and cardio portions of the activity, since I walk regularly anyway. I've done push-ups and sit-ups before, but not in a controlled and measured way, and definitely not so many. I ran out of energy before I finished the whole set of exercises. I could do the stretching exercises easily because I'd done similar exercises during warm-ups for baseball practice. But some of the stretches were new to me.
