PREPARATION

• Fill a bowl with water, put bread inside to

soak it.

• Wash and peel (peel is optional but advisable) the tomatoes and cucumber, making sure that they do not remain

little seeds.

• Cut them into small pieces and pass them through the blender. • Add a previously peeled garlic clove and beat

again.

• Add the bread that was soaked, the salt, the vinegar, and the oil.

• Beat everything again until everything is fine

mixed and add the water, little by little, until the desired texture is obtained (between liquid and creamy). • Put the gazpacho in the fridge and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. If prepared as a drink, they can be

• Serve chilled in glasses OR glasses.
