No, however it is her choice since he is still a minor and can not make such decisions on his own as much as he should get the immunisation just for safety procedures it’s up to his legal guardian if they want too which is the mother in this case.

I do not agree with the mother's action because she has to understand that although human milk does provide helpful nutrients along with certian innate immunity to protect the infant, it does not provide immunity against other massive infections that can be fatal for an infant. There's a reason that massive numbers of new borns are vaccinated (with Hep B shots primarily) before they leave the hospital because they do not have strong enough immunity to fight off infections arising from such conditions.
I do not agree with her actions but unfortunately she is the guardian and she has the right to make decisions for her infant. However, few years back actually, an adult actually sued their parents and won because their parents refused to vaccinate them as child which put the kids at risk.
